Structural Sub-Frame and Curb Angle Checks: The steel frame embedded in the concrete pit supports the entire weight of the dock. We inspect these structural steel channels and curb angles for cracks, shifting, or heavy rust that compromises the stability of the loading ramp.

Corrosion Control &andMechanism Verification: We check the bottom mechanical pivots, spring assemblies, and cylinder mounts that sit low in the pit. We clean away surface rust and verify that these critical components are lubricated and completely free to move without grinding.
